Meed Strength & Mobility

Concierge In-Home Personal Training For Adults Who Want to Stay Active for the Next 20-30 Years

Why this matters:

“I work in one of Southern California's busiest Emergency Departments. Every week I've seen how quickly a fall, a fractured hip, or a sudden medical emergency can change someone's life—and the lives of the people who love them. Those experiences reinforced something I already believed: the best time to build strength, balance, and mobility is before they're taken away. That's why I created Meed Strength & Mobility.”

— GEOFF MEED

One Moment Can Change Everything

  • A fall.

  • A fractured hip.

  • Emergency surgery.

  • Weeks—or months—of rehabilitation.

  • Suddenly, the stairs are a challenge.

  • The vacation you've been planning is canceled.

  • You're relying on others for everyday tasks.

  • The independence you took for granted begins to slip away.

But many of those risks can be influenced before they happen.

By improving your:

  • Strength — so everyday tasks remain easier.

  • Balance — to help reduce the risk of falls.

  • Mobility — so you can continue moving confidently.

  • Endurance — so you don't lose the activities you enjoy.

  • Confidence — because staying active starts with trusting your body.

Meet Your Trainer Geoff Meed

Geoff Meed private in-home personal training session focused on strength, balance, and mobility for adults over 50.

For more than 30 years, Geoff Meed has dedicated his life to helping people become stronger.

As a former collegiate powerlifting champion, lifelong martial artist and instructor, world-ranked Spartan Race competitor in the Age 50+ division, and personal trainer, he has spent decades studying strength, movement, and human performance.

But it wasn't the gym that changed his perspective.

It was the Emergency Department.

Working in one of Southern California's busiest Emergency Departments and Trauma Centers, Geoff has seen firsthand how quickly life can change. A heart attack. A serious fall. A fractured hip. One unexpected moment can transform an active, independent life into months of rehabilitation—or a future that looks very different than the one people imagined.

Those experiences reinforced a simple belief:

The strongest investment you can make isn't in your retirement account. It's in the body you'll retire with.

That's why Geoff's approach to fitness isn't about trying to look 25 again.

It's about staying strong enough to travel with your family.

To hike your favorite trails.

To work in your garden.

To carry your own groceries.

To get down on the floor with your grandchildren—and get back up again.

To keep living life on your terms for as long as possible.

Because growing older is inevitable.

Losing your independence doesn't have to be.

Client Reviews

I'm a guy in my sixties and I know a thing or two about personal trainers. Geoff is different in so many ways.   His diverse background has taught him how to train the body with exercises that serve to strengthen the core, focus the mind, build muscles and burn the cardio all at once. He is no nonsense, but he's never belittling, insulting or dismissive. In fact, I don't think he would agree to train someone who is not serious about getting in better shape. I've lost 50 pounds training with him and I've kept it off. Thanks to Geoff, I got my life back!

A few years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. It turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me because it forced me to get serious about working out and eating right. I met Geoff in early 2023 and I could tell he was in great shape and had terrific self-esteem and wisdom. In just a few short months, I regained all my previous muscle strength and most of my stamina. My diabetes improved dramatically, and I felt like I could take on the world again.

I was overweight and on several prescription drugs. One drug for my blood pressure, another drug to control my cholesterol, and more drugs to counteract the side effects of the first two drugs. With Geoff's training, gradually increasing the intensity with safety, I managed to lower my blood pressure and drastically reduce my cholesterol medicine dosage. Subsequently, that is the only drug I currently take. Thanks Geoff.
